FAQ
Why is this for women?
Have you been told...
-
if you don't invest before you're 30, it's too late
-
that a strong financial plan requires hours of research to build and maintain
-
you have to pay thousands of dollars in fees to let experts (men) handle your finances
-
and you feel that money has to be a source of stress, fear, or confusion
We are tired of the misinformation and fear so thought it’s time to do something about it.
Women are expected to control the majority of $30 trillion in assets over the coming decade. At higher rates than ever, women are buying homes, investing, and starting businesses. Meanwhile, there is a surge of female-focused financial content online. The message is clear: women are ready to take the place they’ve earned in the wealth ecosystem. However, despite this advancement, financial institutions continue to offer the same products and services - then blame women for their lack of wealth equity.
We at WealthiHer believe that financial services should come to meet women like the economic force they are - not the other way around. We are determined to create the wealth journey we wish we had, for a better, more equitable, and fun experience for all.
Why now?
Because we found the right co-founders to launch it with and there is no better time than now!Because in 2023, women have only closed the wage gap 2 cents since 2002.
Because the number one word that women use to describe money is “stressful”, versus “hopeful” for men. Because not a single woman who has heard our vision has said “I don’t need that.”
If we can have a conversation with our computers, we should be able to have a better wealth journey than we have now. We are eagerly building our MVP for launch in 2024 so that a better way is coming now - not years and years in the future.
How are you using technology?
We‘ll make use of technology in a beneficial way for the user - transparency how data is being used increases the trust into our product (the WealthiHer App).
What is the purpose of the WealthiHer App?
To educate women in a way that makes sense to them and us understandable and actionable immediately
To aggregate and present the resources out there so you don’t have to do it
To provide an easy to use interface when women are ready to start investing
Are you a(nother) FinTech?
In the first instance, we want to provide curated information about how to make use of the financial system for her purpose and her life design. WealthiHer will be an education platform to facilitate attuned and curated material for her.
Do you have a preferred banking partner?
Certainly not! We want to empower women to make conscious choices on how to employ their money for saving and investing. However, we will carefully select banking partners in each region, where we will start our business operations. Selection criteria will be aligned with the needs women have to explore saving opportunities for their life design needs.
How can I find out that WealthiHer is working for me?
Our strong belief is that investment decisions has a direct link to her personality. This is why our customer journey starts with a survey to assess her starting point and already create transparency on what to do next.
