First things first, inspiration! ​We will invite a few select speakers to share their personal journeys. You are not alone in this journey, and you will feel it after this session. ​We will also introduce you to the workshop sessions and the expert leads.
Options for personal photo shoots will be scheduled in advance.

Intensive workshops
This year, we will be splitting groups into the relevant steps of their journeys, for example:
If you are considering trading, then you will have an introduction to risk and financial management.
If you have already started your trading journey, then there will be a deep dive into the next steps.
We will head out for drinks and dinner after a short break, with fun activities taking over!

These presentations will be primarily educational, teaching everything from public speaking to stress management. ​

We will also introduce you to the afternoon workshop sessions and the expert leads.

Intensive workshops
Splits will occur based on what is most important to your journey, for example:
If you are in a mid-level career, then we will offer things like negotiation or elevator pitch workshops.
If you are considering transitioning to a new career or starting your own business, we will offer options such as marketing for entrepreneurs.
We will close off the two days with celebratory drinks and maybe even head to the music festival!
