Amplifying the power of your voice

Every single one of us can drive change simply by participating where we can and how we can. Yet, we have been taught over our lifetimes to become smaller and quieter, told to be quiet, do our work, sit in the corner, speak when spoken to, and a million other adages that have taught us how to behave in society and within companies. Now our voices are constantly tuned down and muted as we have become drowned out online. 

So how can we be heard? By speaking up, amplifying our voices with stories
and purpose.
