We’re embarking on a Marrakech wellness adventure in November, and we’d love for you to join us. 


Relax in the peaceful surroundings of our villa to reset, leaving inspired and empowered; refocus with daily meditation, feel revitalised with yoga and indulge in a nutritious menu.


Teamed with a rejuvenating massage and Moroccan tea enjoyed at the poolside, our aim is for you to feel fabulous.

This is a holistic retreat, and you'll be an integral member of a group of six peers seeking some much-needed ‘me’ time, who are personally invited to ensure everyone can feel the benefits of a safe and enjoyable experience.

There’s also the opportunity to share knowledge and experiences with our hosts, experts in business, coaching and communications.

Situated just south of the Royal Palace quarter, we'll be close to the Medina, although you might be tempted to stay right where you are.

  3. Four meditation sessions every morning we'll reinvigorate our mindset for the day ahead with calming meditation.

  4. Four yoga sessions every day we'll gather for yoga to ensure we stretch and keep our mindset and our bodies feeling positive.

  5. Four evening reflection sessions every evening we'll take some time to reflect and assess how we're feeling.

  6. Four dinners starting with a traditional tagine the first evening, our healthy and nutritional 2-course meals are curated by our wonderful nutritionist.

  7. Four brunches of delicious and healthy buffet-style meals.

  8. Tea, coffee, snacks and water throughout the day as you need them.

  9. Workshops on the outdoor terrace against the backdrop of a gorgeous garden and pool.

  10. Mastermind session inspiring positive change and goals with our business coach, Raj.

  11. Self-reflection session with our psychotherapist-trained coach Simone.

  12. Communications session with our journalist and PR expert, Victoria.

  13. 1-2-1 coaching using the MSA, an energy and motivation tool, with certified coach Raj.

  14. 1-2-1 coaching choose from self-reflection or deep relaxation with Simone.

  15. Aromatherapy oil connection workshop to create your own unique personalised oil.

  16. Inspirational experience it's a surprise - well, we can't give everything away!

  17. Breakfast under a traditional Bedouin tent to nurture your cultural soul.

  18. Moroccan cooking class at the brilliant Amal, a local non-profit women's initiative.

  19. Marrakech personal guided tour so you can experience this exciting and beautiful city.

So what will you experience during our five-day retreat in Marrakech?

For a holistic reset, we lay the foundation with daily meditation, nutrition and yoga practice. 


This is complemented by focused morning workshops that unlock your barriers and set goals for the future. Participants will have the opportunity to take part in self-reflection with Simone, communications with Victoria and the Mastermind masterclass with Raj. This is the last workshop on our retreats, and there’s a reason that it’s the big finale.


We round this out with 1-2-1 coaching using the MSA and hypnosis (deep relaxation) tools, as well as feedback and takeaways.


As if that is not enough, we take a hot air balloon ride over the city and visit a women's initiative to learn how to cook an authentic Tajine and support women in changing their lives for the better.

4. Prepare

You will receive material and suggested videos, books and exercises that will support your preparation for the retreat and to maximize your experience.

5. Attend

Let go of your usual duties and obligations and be held and supported within our community and retreat as you define yourself and your next steps.

6. Integrate

We provide access to ongoing support in monthly community calls, sharing toolkits and exercises to weave the insights from the retreat back into your everyday life.

Our retreats are for people in good mental and physical health. We do not offer therapeutic or medical treatment. 

Even though the majority of our participants have very meaningful experiences with long-lasting results, there is no guaranteed outcome from participating in a retreat.

Due to the intimate nature of discussions and for the privacy of participants, a non-disclosure agreement ("NDA") will be required prior to arrival, along with a Retreat Disclaimer. Please note that medical insurance and cancellation insurance for the period of the retreat is the responsibility of our participants.
